Stamatios Vogiatzoglou
Stamatios (Stam) Vogiatzoglou is the Co-Founder of Vast Physio and an Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Injection Therapist, and Independent Prescriber with over 10 years of clinical experience across NHS primary care, secondary care, and private practice in the UK.
Stam specialises in the assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal conditions, including persistent pain, sports injuries, spinal and joint conditions. He works at advanced practitioner level within specialist MSK services, managing cases that require detailed clinical reasoning and integrated, evidence-based care.
He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy, an Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) diploma, and advanced qualifications as a Joint and Soft-Tissue Injection Therapist and Non-Medical Independent Prescriber. This enables Stam to offer a comprehensive and wide range approach from accurate diagnosis and hands-on physiotherapy to prescribing medication and delivering joint injections where clinically appropriate.
Stam adopts a patient-centred and results-focused approach, combining thorough assessment, manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, pain management strategies, and advanced interventions. His priority is to provide clear explanations, personalised treatment plans, and effective solutions that restore movement, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery.
Alongside his clinical work, Stam holds a senior Clinical Lead role within the NHS and is actively involved in clinical governance, service development, and mentoring, ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered.
